Corvina ist die wichtigste rote Rebsorte des Veneto und bildet die Grundlage für Amarone, Valpolicella und Bardolino. Sie steht für Eleganz, Frische und eine ausgeprägte Kirschfruchtigkeit.
Aromatisch zeigt Corvina Noten von Sauerkirschen, roten Beeren, Veilchen und feinen Mandelnuancen.
