    Corvina ist die wichtigste rote Rebsorte des Veneto und bildet die Grundlage für Amarone, Valpolicella und Bardolino. Sie steht für Eleganz, Frische und eine ausgeprägte Kirschfruchtigkeit.
    Aromatisch zeigt Corvina Noten von Sauerkirschen, roten Beeren, Veilchen und feinen Mandelnuancen. Am Gaumen wirkt sie lebendig, mit moderater Säure, weichen Tanninen und einer klaren, harmonischen Struktur. In getrockneter Form (Appassimento) entsteht ein besonders komplexes Aromenspektrum mit Dörrobst, Gewürzen und Kakao.
