Origin and Production

Product Description
Crystal clear with brilliant transparency. The nose is dominated by intense notes of star anise, liquorice, and subtle herbal tones. On the palate, it is powerful, sweet, and round, with an intense anise aroma that transitions into a warm, long, and balsamic finish.

Production involves the distillation and maceration of star anise and other natural ingredients in neutral alcohol. Careful filtration ensures clarity and purity of taste.

Serving Suggestion
Traditionally served neat at room temperature, flambéed with coffee beans ("con la mosca"), or on ice. Also excellent for mixing in long drinks or as a digestif after a meal.
