Origin and Production
Produced from fine Chardonnay pomace, this grappa combines the elegance of the grape variety with the distillation artistry of the Zanin family. The grapes originate from selected Northern Italian vineyards.

Product Description
Clear and bright in the glass. The nose reveals delicate notes of pear, citrus, and roasted nuts. On the palate, it is balanced and smooth with an elegant structure and fine minerality – typical of Chardonnay.

Production
Gentle distillation in small batches to preserve the full aroma of the Chardonnay. Maturation takes place in stainless steel tanks to maintain freshness.

Serving Suggestion
Ideal as a stylish finish to a meal or as a refined accompaniment to goat cheese and white fruits.
