Origin and Production
This single-varietal grappa is distilled from pomace of the Glera grape, the heart of Prosecco, at the Zanin 1895 distillery in Veneto. The gentle processing preserves the floral lightness and freshness of its origin.

Product Description
Crystal clear in the glass, the grappa unfolds delicate aromas of white flowers, green apples, and a hint of citrus. On the palate, it is elegant, fresh, and harmonious – with a fine fruitiness and a clean, dry finish.

Production
Traditional discontinuous distillation in copper stills, careful selection of Glera pomace, and controlled storage guarantee the highest purity and depth of aroma.

Serving Suggestion
Ideal as a light digestif – enjoy slightly chilled or at room temperature. Pairs well with fruit, mild cheese, or fresh desserts.
