Origin and Production
A noble grappa, obtained from the pomace of Amarone wines (Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara), which are made from dried grapes. Distillation takes place in copper stills according to old tradition, followed by years of aging in wood.

Product Description
Deep amber with copper reflections. On the nose, intense aromas of dried fruit, ripe cherries, cocoa, spices, and fine wood. On the palate, powerful, dense, and complex – with aromas of tobacco, vanilla, dark chocolate, and a warm, long-lasting finish.

Aging
Long aging in oak barrels intensifies the typical Amarone aromas and refines the structure without harshness – full-bodied and noble.
