Origin and Production
This Riserva comes from Zanin 1895's "Gli Alambicchi" series and is made from selected pomace of the Glera grape (Prosecco). The grappa is traditionally distilled in copper pot stills and aged for several years in oak barrels to develop an expressive depth.

Product Description
Light gold with warm reflections. Fine and floral on the nose, with nuances of white flowers, apple peel, vanilla, and a hint of honey. Velvety, elegant, and fresh on the palate with subtle woody notes, delicate spice, and a long, harmonious finish.

Aging
Several years of aging in small oak barrels gives the distillate finesse and structure without overpowering the vibrant fruitiness of the Prosecco pomace.
