Origin and Production
Golmar Limoncello is made from sun-drenched lemons from Southern Italy and processed at the Zanin 1895 distillery in Veneto. The peels are processed immediately after harvesting to best preserve their essential oils.

Product Description
This Limoncello presents itself with a radiant yellow color and fresh citrus reflections. On the nose, it offers intense notes of lemon peel, fine freshness, and a delicate sweetness. On the palate, it is lively, balanced, and pleasantly acidic – with a clean, fruity finish.

Production
The lemon peels are macerated in alcohol, which releases their essential oils. Subsequently, a light sweetening takes place to emphasize the natural freshness of the lemon.

Serving Suggestion
Serve ice-cold – neat, on ice, or as a base for summery long drinks. Also perfect for refining sorbets or lemon desserts.
