The Mocambo Suprema is a high-quality espresso from Drago Mocambo – a traditional roastery with Italian roots, known for authentic coffee enjoyment since the 1980s. With extensive experience and passion, the coffee is refined using a gentle drum roasting process, allowing its complex aromas to develop optimally.

Blend and Bean Quality:

The balanced bean blend consists of 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta. The Arabica beans primarily originate from Brazil and Central America, while the Robusta component comes from carefully selected cultivation areas in India. This combination ensures a perfect balance between elegance and strength.

Flavor Profile:

Mocambo Suprema convinces with a full-bodied and velvety taste, accompanied by delicate notes of dark chocolate, Amarena cherry, and mild roast aromas. The crema is dense and stable – ideal for the classic preparation of an Italian espresso. Despite its intensity, the coffee remains pleasantly smooth in the finish and is particularly low in acidity.

Roasting & Processing:

The beans are slowly roasted at a medium to dark temperature. The traditional drum roasting process ensures an even development of the aromas and makes the blend particularly digestible. Mocambo Suprema is offered as whole beans and is ideal for fully automatic machines, portafilter machines, espresso makers, or even French presses.
