Origin and Production
Zanin Sambuca Caffè combines the aromatic power of star anise with the richness of roasted coffee beans – produced in Veneto according to a traditional recipe. The combination of anise liqueur and coffee macerate results in a unique liqueur experience with a Mediterranean character.

Product Description
Dark mahogany with brownish reflections. On the nose, a harmonious combination of liquorice, sweet anise, and fine Arabica coffee. On the palate, velvety, full-bodied, and sweet with intense aromas of mocha, anise, and a hint of cocoa bean. The finish is long and pleasantly warming.

Production
High-quality coffee beans are roasted, macerated, and then blended with classic Sambuca. The result is a smooth, complex liqueur with natural coffee aroma and subtle sweetness.

Serving Suggestion
Ideal as a digestif, neat, lightly chilled, or on ice. Also delicious with desserts, vanilla ice cream, or in espresso as "Caffè Corretto."
