Origin and Production
The Zanin Red Spritz is a modern interpretation of the classic Aperitivo Veneto – produced by the traditional distillery Zanin 1895 in Veneto. The recipe is based on a fine selection of herbs, roots, and citrus fruit extracts, which are macerated in alcohol and processed according to a secret family recipe.

Product Description
Luminous ruby red with orange reflections. On the nose, the Red Spritz presents notes of blood orange, rhubarb, herbs, and slightly bitter roots. On the palate, it shows a perfect balance of sweet and bitter flavors – lively, fresh, and with a pleasantly tart, citrus-accented finish.

Production
The aromatic components are macerated separately and then gently blended. The lower alcohol content and balanced bitterness make it ideal for modern Spritz variations.

Serving Suggestion
Perfect as an aperitif – serve classically with Prosecco and soda in a 3:2:1 ratio, on ice with an orange slice. Also refreshing simply on ice.
