Unter der technischen Leitung von Carlo Olivari entstehen ausgezeichnete Weine, die die Tradition der Gebiete Valpolicella und Soave widerspiegeln. Sie sind wertvolle Produkte einer einzigartigen Kultur und einer reichen Geschichte: Die Beziehung zwischen Mensch und Natur wird durch die Wiederentdeckung alter Sorten wie der Corvina hervorgehoben. Mit prominenter Unterstützung von Graziana Grassini, Nachfolgerin des großen Giacomo Tachis wurden die legendären Weine von Cecilia Beretta in den vergangenen Jahren stilistisch neu interpretiert und sind einzigartige Vertreter ihrer Herkünfte.
