    🌿 Production & Technique

    The grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed. After the first fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle (Metodo Classico). The long yeast aging, riddling and disgorging guarantee an elegant, lively perlage. A small portion ages in barriques, creating subtle notes of brioche and vanilla.
